Being Built Or Torn Down? That Question Is Still Being Asked (Part Seven)

We’re reflecting on past episodes on this Throwback Thursday, some of the circumstances were debatable; we’re we being built or torn down?

We’re also counting our blessings since it’s also a Thankful Thursday; we’ve got another opportunity to put it down!

But it was all a big puzzle; being built or torn down? spotted how some were rolling, how were they defying destiny? 

Per Wilton Felder and Bobby Womack  they inherited the wind, they even inherited the world but chose to go out in the wilderness.

I wasn’t trying to go back; I  saw them while I was out there where it almost got the best of me.

I wasn’t trying to go back! I  cried / prayed Lord Help  / Lord Help was the Battle Cry!!! forget me not! soon I was blessed.

Conversations With The Wind (Part Nine)

 Still trying to stay up on the word on the curb  / word in the wind especially on this so called Terrible  / Terrific Tuesday where things can go either way!

Told not to entertain negative  / terrible outcomes but sometimes it is what it is but we continue to play!


Especially after having conversations with the wind, Bob Dylan said the answer was blowing in it so we’re going for what we know with this! but I see my constituents struggling all up in Kentucky in the middle of the day drinkin’ dark /  brown whiskey. 

Having their own conversations with the wind, but soon having dark daydreams formulating plots / schemes even asking themselves; did sanity miss me? 

Asking themselves, did the drama revisit me? sounding incoherent like Trump on the campaign trail mumbling something about dream shadows, damn! is his mind broke? 

Damn! and then per conversations with the wind there he was inhaling the second hand weed smoke…

Sunday Jazz Continues, err actually its Digital Crate Digging Continues so you can probably understand the direction we’re going in!

Usually O-Dog Day Partying on this Saturday morning that’s shifting into Saturday afternoon.

It’s rough out here but I hear wannabe comedians out here razzing but what’s really funny? not a damn thing!

I had conversations with the wind, now checking out Wilton Felder  with his classic jazz funk track Inherit The Wind. 


He has the Crusaders backing him up on this project with Bobby Womack providing vocals check out the players to the track!! even Bob Dylan said the answer was blowing in the wind!

After cool conversations with the wind due to this fall weather I update this Captain’s Log; after hearing what’s said Brotha O is feeling some kind of way; he’s furious! in this poetry you should have heard all those cathartic howls! 

After cool conversations with the wind  due to the Aries Full Moon and  Fall Equinox there seems to be more hustle knocks; those edge of night / end of the road scenarios? dark styles!

Brotha O mentioned grey area scenarios earlier did that work for you? it’s not right he said, it’s blown his mind…

…this time like the Delfonics! in the trembling light he’s responding with assaults that are sonic but still out here looking for some kind of sign!

It’s Mysterious!! (Part One)

Check us out as we wax poetic on this Sunday morning, we’re just trying to be easy like the Commodores!

Trying to be easy but it’s mysterious anything can happen like Terrible / Terrific Tuesday where things can go either way!  wishing it was simple but we see that it’s not as the present political climate wants more glass ceilings and closed doors!

Brotha O keeps up with the scores like the NBA Summer League the political climate intrigues me as I peeped game!

It was mysterious while walking in the dark but not waiting in the dark,  not asleep in the game!

We started; now we finish things!! at the end of the day? God works in mysterious ways; he blessed us!

In the midst of things hope didn’t diminish, what’s the deal with that and  this? during the ongoing drama suspense or mystery we asked, what are some on? we blackjacked those that stressed!

Sunday Jazz Continues, check out these menus as we come through with this Sunday Brunch based on this East Coast  time frame..

It’s been a wet Sunday morning in Atlanta, as storms hit the Southeast; to my people over in Mississippi blessings and peace!! plus it’s rough down in Troup County Georgia as the disasters continue to play a mind game..

Focused, putting it down like this making sure my game is tight, getting breakbeat scientific per 20 / 20 hindsight!! digital crate digging is involved per kicking things off with Miles Davis and his classic track Freddie Freeloader..

Similar to Bobby Womack’s Harry Hippie? reminded of this song when I was walking through the streets of Atlanta, folk were holding cups full of change like an usher or deacon with the collection plate looking for contributions from peeps that walked by;  as I continue to say its rough out here!!

Some have legitimate excuses for being down and out, even customers are tipping less out in these establishments but a couple of cats looked like they were “trying to get their hustle on” they had fresh drip and Air Jordan’s on;  I guess its like that, it’s  the times we’re living in / it’s how they’re trying to operate “out here” .
