HOUSE elements | Deep Soulful FIX | July 17, 22

Digital Crate Digging Continues as we proceed and continue with this Music Monday edition!

Magnificent Monday is what Mo Baxter called it as we rode through Atlanta listening to WCLK earlier, so who’ll work with a brotha? I’m in the amen corner like an old church deacon!

Let the music play! O-Zone called it out as the sound and good word  is used as a beacon of light in the ongoing proceedings!

Let the music play! the motto as the plot / scheme goes up in flames after we did like Eric B and Rakim; “we let the rhythm hit ‘em”.

Now jokers are through dealing but we’re not, as we come through with these HOUSE elements | Deep Soulful FIX | July 17, 22 courtesy of beyond72

Check out the playlist and the mix!! this is what’s up / what it do as we act like we knew!!

Digital Crate Digging Continues on a Music Monday, check us out! we were O-Dog Day Partying earlier.

Check out the mood change/ mood shift; due to a couple of episodes? had to admit, I needed Monday Motivation I was in a foul mood earlier!
Cruising down I-20 in Atlanta listening to 91.9 WCLK, it’s as if the DJ was playing the sound for me: the song mentioned I had to “put some latitude in my attitude”.
..so when I got home I had to hear it again, plus share it with you all; maybe it’ll inspire you, you’ll show gratitude!

We’re listening to Joe Sample and Take 6 with a track called U Turn! a song from two of my favorite artists!

Check it out!! inspirational! weapons used next time the arch nemesis is on the premises!

Lou Rawls – You’ll Never Find Another Love Like Mine (Kenny Summit, Frankie Knuckles & Eric Kupper Remix)

Digital Crate Digging Continues on a Terrible / Terrific Tuesday, so called because things can go either way!

We’re claiming the terrific outcome now we’re pulling out the drum check the celebration as we let the music play!

Back in the day? I had a series called What I Listen To At Work, usually listening to my own mixed tapes or to 91.9 WCLK…

At work one morning?  usually WCLK is on the jazz tip but then they put this on…damn!! what more can I say?

I’m taking about this Lou Rawls You’ll Never Find Another Love Like Mine!
I usually not an old school soul music cat, I’m a jazz or hip hop dude, but this is one smooth ass song!! one of a kind!

I guess you can say Lou Rawls went in on this!! MFSB is on the instrumentation, that’s a hell of a combination!!

Of course, I found this remix from Kenny Summit, Frankie Knuckles and Eric Kupper! I posted DJ Spivey’s version earlier so you can check out that situation!

Check this out at Lou Rawls – You’ll Never Find Another Love Like Mine (Kenny Summit, Frankie Knuckles & Eric Kupper Remix)

Les McCann – Talk to the People

Sunday Jazz Continues, check us out as we put it down on this Sunday evening!

Memorial Day festivities took place this weekend leading to the official holiday tomorrow; in democracy? some keep believing…

….even though their relatives may have paid the ultimate price defending it…

..,even though democracy is under attack from Trump and his insurgents who have plans for remixing it..

We come through with the mix, now listening to Les McCann telling us we need to Talk To The People..

Classic material! I remember listening to Tobe Howard play this on 1350 WLOU up in Louisville way back in the day! dropping that Sunday Jazz on the people!

I heard it on 91.9 WCLK earlier today while cruising out on I-20 in Atlanta!

It sounded so nice I had to hear it twice! check out the players and the track! Mr McCann was dropping knowledge on this track! I understand the brotha..
