Lets check out  this classic jazz funk with jazz rock vibes from violinist Noel Pointer’s  funky track  Phantazia.

 This was recorded on Blue Note Records in 1977, the 70’s were prime time for that label. 

Since he was on Blue Note you know he has an all star cast playing with him.

…that’s out here on I-20 in Atlanta, the mothership is fueled by breakbeat scientific principles; we’re doing things our way!!

…of course after we pray, gratitude is shown by O-Zone!! now we’ll keep moving and grooving you know?

We’ll pray and keep it moving out here showing and proving!! now we’re back in the lab sheltering in place after social distancing, now showing love from a distance, so what’s up? my constituents know!!

We’re chilling in a safe haven / safe harbor, similar to King Herod’s Masada? naw, bruh!! but in the lab / rock solid fortress listening to  Joe Thomas with a track called Masada

We’re marinating like some seasoned ribs in the fridge that won’t be cooked until tomorrow!! shady dealing? we’re ruling out!!

They’re hating, a lot of foolishness out here!! they’ll have you asking questions / second guessing…

Late with this thing? WTF? (What’s That Foolishness?) was the question from O-Zone earlier; we’ve all got work to do to continue receiving the Lord’s blessing..

Late with this thing? naw!! we’re schooling some with this thing!! just got back from out in those Atlanta streets; letting some know it’s hard on the boulevard…

Mentioned it’s hard on the boulevard, it’s not like living in Hudson Yards  in Midtown Manhattan; even Amazon is joining them..

This song is from Mr. Gale’s Part Of You album, some of that “good good”

This album includes input from the soul /  funk jazz mafia of Richard Tee, Harvey Mason, Steve Gadd, Ralph MacDonald, Dave Grusin, and Grover Washington, Jr., as well as Charles Earland and Idris Muhammad.
