I was about to tell a big lie to some of my constituents recently by saying Wes Montgomery was the greatest jazz guitarist ever…I forgot about Grant Green son!!

Updating The Captain’s Log (Spring Equinox Edition)

Digital Crate Digging Continues as we set this Music Monday edition off, but at the moment we’re updating the Captains Log! check us out as we do our due diligence!

The saga  / struggle continues as life goes on as the toil and strife goes on! jokers try to say O-Dog is barking up the wrong tree but he’s trying to make a difference!

Getting breakbeat scientific is the key as lab techniques are utilized after reality brutalized!

We’re making a break for it, breaking north going forth as  the Spring Equinox is here; Aries Season arrives!

We’re making a break for it, breaking north as the structure falls apart like these Federal Reserve and European Central Banks cashflow “coming up short” due to Silicone Valley, Credit Suisse and even First Republic Bank shenanigans!! but your dude survives!

No time to take a break from it!  we’re going all out in the sport like a Sweet Sixteen participant in College Basketball March Madness! we’ve got a lot of work to do, while another shucks and jives! 

Making a break for it! treasure hunts / pursuits of the prize the mission of these mystic voyages? 

Pulling stunts and faking the funk per Main Source the strategy? oh no, that type of business Brotha O discourages!

Supreme courage and maximum strength is used in a positive form or fashion!

Discouragement is received from a naysayer calling the police to enforce morality, the thoughts or even the fashion!

We’re not limelight basking as always the style of work we put in is blue collar!

20 / 20 hindsight helped us update this Captain’s Log as we navigated the smoke  / fog enhanced by mirrors! like Marvin Gaye’s Inner City Blues it “makes you wanna holler” 

Still Collecting Scattered Thoughts (Part Two)

It’s going down on this Monday morning, during these last few hours of winter as we enter Aries Season per the Spring Equinox that arrives this evening!

It’s a cold morning, winter said its not ready to leave yet that polar vortex is still achieving!

Is the sport complex? still believing that as we collect these scattered thoughts; they’re playing with my mind like a pianist tickling the ivories, those magical keys were played!

So what’s next? epiphanies achieved or methods to the madness achieved for drying up those silent tears caused by the charade?

Still collecting scattered thoughts like lifelines taken by  Credit Suisse per UBS or by those extended by the  Feds to Silicone Valley Bank!  hope didn’t fade, it’s being fueled by persistence.

The Mothership Gets Good Mileage (Part Four)

The mothership gets good mileage, already made moves on this Thankful Thursday morning! it’s a blessing to be here!

A brotha gets local  / national  / international and intergalactic with it from here in Atlanta to Louisville  / Newburg to London and Johannesburg to Pluto and Mars, oh yes we’re out here!

Now out here on the Southside, was there a sewage spill? the funk is rambunctious! Dekalb County is known for sewage spills, especially into Snapfinger Creek!

But we continue to ride for freedom, the mothership gets good mileage even though we’re out here dealing with these shady deals when lights blinked on the instrument panel  due to a shadetree mechanics tweaks!

But Brotha O deals with it, knowing Seasons Change / Reasons Change,  we’re hanging in here until the magnolias bloom. 

The Spring Equinox approaches but in more ways than one polar vortex behavior is detected, some are disrespected; more doom and gloom?

What it do? I still felt the pressure based on past episodes, reflecting on them since this is also a Throwback Thursday!

Had to admit; information overloads even had this retro futuristic mystic befuddled! they contribute to the confusion of the world! is this the beginning of the end? I see the winds of change are blowing!

The Spring Equinox blew in on the breeze, some consider it a tipping point; now it’s showing!

Due to the hustle knocks we felt the pressure! wild-eyed revelations? oh! they’re everywhere!

O-Zone mentioned the temperature earlier as frosted memories melt away, related to global warming? creating rivers that were flowing far away from here.
