Digital Crate Digging Continues, by now y’all should know how we do!! this will be our Saturday morning  / afternoon edition, this is how we’re living!

At this particular time we’re dropping this good word, we’ll drop a tune or two later; this is our rebuttal to a reality that’s unforgiving!

I guess it’s the times we’re living in, me and my people felt the pressure from here in Atlanta to Louisville and even up in Nashville where brothers were expelled from the Tennessee legislature. 

Speech and Arrested Development mentioned Tennessee in another form or fashion but my Pops had to move to Louisville from Nashville with the thought and fashion police he was clashing, for sure!

Did anyone find a cure like Ashford and Simpson? per these mass shootings or even abortion rulings authorities claim the death of innocence was being investigated. 

Brotha O mentioned its not a simple thing; others were in hiding, their fate was being legislated. 

I guess it’s the times we’re living in there’s no eternal love, damn! like Disney vs DeSantis were we ghosted?

I guess it’s the times we’re living in as earthlings push and shove as they go to and fro! the most? oh! you know they did it!

Dude? he’s like Trump after being indicted and arraigned, mad at the world with the fractured countenance!

He’ll thump the bully pulpit cursing, smirking and scowling? oh yeah, you can count on this!

Dude is full of it, like others; catch them out here creaking and moaning like an old building!

An unholy vessel? oh! for certain! we can see how they’re working it!  I guess it’s the times we’re living in!

We’re broadcasting live and direct from our remote outpost out off of I-20 in Atlanta not having rallies like Trump out in Waco Texas at Branch Davidian memorials, that’s not how we’re living!

Once again its on! this insight? fables told or slivers of light? we’re working it all out reading the teleprompter or interpreting whatever reality shows me. Mesmerized by that saucy woman with emerald eyes from Bombay who came through with insight acting like she knows me!

She taught us something, heard fables were told plus lies so during these critical stages I had it on Louisville / Newburg default settings always going by what people show me.

As a rainy Saturday morning transitions into Saturday afternoon it seems we’re in a holding pattern!

“Ain’t nothing nice” about the anxiety! incoming blessings or more stressing? the situation? another type of holding pattern, it sours…

…the vibe / the atmosphere, but on so many levels the contours of empathy are felt.

The Game Is Over (Part Six)

I’m out here on a reconnaissance mission on this Monday morning, or actually any day;  had to admit the outlook was bleak. 

It seems like for some the game is over! I smelled the weed smoke, plus I spotted the empty Dragon Fruit White Owl pack plus the empty Jack Daniels bottle; damn! somebody was on a streak!

The game is not over for us! even though the traffic is bad over here on the Eastside we keep rolling down I-20 in Atlanta ignoring Fast and Furious types in Dodge Chargers and Chevy Camaros! the mothership gets good mileage, not a contraption.

Rest assured it gets busy, on local / national / international and intergalactic fronts we’re still in the action!

Found a cure per Ashford and Simpson so we’re catching up on our pimping with a vision of hope, will it take us galaxies away?

Promises of an extravaganza like our HumpDay segment? the game is not over can you dig it? we’ll continue to play!

At The End Of The Day? It’s Gotta Be Good (Part Seven)

At the end of the day? it’s gotta be good, even on this Memorial Day where we honor those that made the ultimate sacrifice!

Let us send up a prayer, then we’ll continue to play on knowing how the sport will go, “it ain’t nothing nice”.

But we’re still rolling on this Monday morning putting work in / paying the price; we’re out here rolling eastbound  on I-20 in Atlanta, we’re riding into the sun.

As it rises, we’re still in pursuit of life’s prizes! at the end of the day it’s gotta be good! we’re moving forward, we still follow life’s endless dream.

Of course this Atlanta traffic is bad, a reference to life per the delays / setbacks / obstacles? sometimes we need a Plan B / exit strategy; per visualizing the sequence we spotted the last chance to exit ahead or we’re done.

Unexpected detours? like Ashford and Simpson we need to find cures; chaos and confusion? a bad habit it seems.
